Meditation has transformed my life. Before meditating I had an obsessive mind. I was always preparing for the worst, had little trust in people and a lot of negative thoughts. As a full-time working mom leading a nonprofit organization, I was stressed and my anxiety levels were high, to say the least.

By introducing a daily meditation practice into my life I have been able to transform the way I think. I love more freely, live in kindness and in one with the universe. Finding meditation has allowed me to discover my purpose which I truly believe is to help others, like you, find the same healing and liberation through meditation that I have found.

I understand what it feels like to be a beginner and I know what it's like to have the desire to change and yet feel lost without someone to guide me. Through studying the scientific research behind meditation, I have a strong understanding of how the benefits of meditation can transform our lives. I have also had the privilege of studying with davidji, one of the world's most renowned meditation gurus (that's a picture of us on the right!) and I am certified as a Master of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher through davidji Academy. 

I hope you'll join me on this meditation journey and allow me to be your personal guide to meditation and mindfulness so you can find purpose, love and balance, too.
